Unholy Alliance affect on other Fascists

Excuse the title; I found it hard to really word what I meant in a good thread name.

Basically, my question is how would the other fascists nations of Europe/ fascists parties respond to the unholy alliance (i.e the theoretical alliance between the Nazi's and Soviets)? I know the unholy alliance itself is an idea that is tossed around quite a bit, but I've have always thought about how the other right wing nations would respond. Would Mussolini and Franco, especially Mussolini considering his signing if the Anti-Comintern pact, feel hunky dory with Hitler anymore?

Mussolini had been against Hitler before, and when, no one else had. I could see him once again revising his opinion of the man, of Nazism, and of his alliance with Germany in particular.

"It was so obvious! Why else would they name themselves National Socialists!"
