Got done with Southern New York. Also I think you (@TimTurner) might have malapportioned Westchester and Putnam. Think those counties should have 14 instead of 13 seats.
 
Your next thread should be a parody. Same title: “UK-sized congressional districts”, but each of the districts are as close as possible to the physical size of the UK.
