These are continuing (started pre-2010) timelines - your's was started in 2010 so would have been for the New Cold War if nominated - which you could have nominated yourself for!

The nominations were open for three weeks. It was stickied to the top of non-political chat. It had announcements in every forum for the day before closing - what more do you want?
