Turkic Unity

Instead of fighting/weakening/destroying each other Ottomans, Timurids, Golden Horde, Mamluks, Delhi Sultanate and Chagatai unite and create a Turkic alliance in 1400's. What would be the effects?

Turkic Unity? I'm sorry, but only one of those are Turkic at best, and even that comprises a lot of non-Turkish land. And Delhi is Indian for fuck's sake, at least as far as I'm aware. Plus I doubt the Ottomans and the Timurids would buddy up with each other, considering Timur spent a good portion of his days as a so-called Ghazi trying to destroy the Turks.

First, Timur was of the Chagatai Khanate. Timur was a generalissimo of the Chagatai while pretty much usurping power from the ruling dynasty and ruled in their name.

Second, on what grounds would any of these empires want to spontaneously unite? Just because they have common-but-tenuous ethnic origins?

Sorry as the posters above me have stated most of your examples aren't even Turkish and 1400 is far too late. If your looking to have a Turkic superblock so to speak you need to roll back the clock by a fair bit. A semi plausible possibility would be to have the Seljuks break apart in a more orderly manner and have their successor states maintain a loose alliance among themselves. Or you could go back even further and before their migration into places like Persia have somebody pull a Genghis Khan among the Turkic tribes and have them be that timeline's version of the Mongol Empire.
