Wouldn't land-lease fix that ?Not much difference, to be honest. The Turkish army was not equipped to fight a modern war in central Europe.
This kind of betrayal of their Greek ally seems to be the best way to help the Communists take power in Greece. And probably far from enough to make Turkey join the Allies.Could allies persuade Turkey to join the allies after D-day in exchange for the Dodecanese and Cyprus
What would be the impact on World War 2 and the Cold war
What would be the impact on Turkey
This was the whole point of Turkey joining the Allies. Probably won't lead to a Turkish occupied Bulgaria though, at least without substantial Allied forces sent to help Turkey, which is rather unlikely at this point. The Turkish army was poorly equipped and the German army together with the Bulgarian which would fight to the end against the Turks would be more than enough to hold them off until the Soviets can arrive.Maybe Turkey invades Bulgaria, leading to an allied/Turksih-occupied Bulgaria, possible even Roumania?

If Turkey becomes apart of the Allies, it probably will not matter what the USSR's Armenians think. The soviet Armenians are just going to hold Still?
The Germans have no interests in allowing the Western Allies to overrun Bulgaria and threaten the rear of their troops on the Eastern Front. The Bulgarian can also not be dismissed since it was better equipped than the Turkish one (the Turks had not received any significant weapons from either the Allies or Germany). And the Allies would have to push for an occupation zone in Bulgaria and then prop up their own Bulgarian government which they will probably not be too interested in.A partitioned Bulgaria is the likeliest option. THe Germans aren't going to care much about the Turks, with bigger problems around. The Turks at least had modern fighters and a few decent tans from both the Germans and British. Not enoguh to make massive gains or exploit them, but a rump Free Buglaria is possible.
