Tudor Based PoDs

As the BBC is running a series called "Wolf Hall" i have a few Tudor Based PoDs that I would like to bounce at a wall and see what sticks:

First Proposed PoD - Mary Talbot, the daughter of George Talbot, 4th Earl of Shrewsbury, dies in 1512.
In 1523, 21 year old Henry Percy, the eldest son of Henry Algernon Percy, 5th Earl of Northumberland and page to Cardinal Thomas Wolsey, falls in love with Anne Boleyn and is allowed to marry her.
The marriage is a happy one, producing three daughters and a son.

I know killing off Mary Talbot is plausable, but would Lord Percy and Cardinal Wolsey, find another noblewoman or would they allow this lady of the court to marry young Henry Percy?
Does this mean King Henry VIII stays faithful to Queen Catherine of Aragon, until her natural death in 1536?

Second Proposed PoD: The Ghost of Arthur - Could a dream be formed in Henry VIII's head, of his dead brother, Prince Arthur, who is depicted as a pale form, telling Henry how he is angry at the idea of having his beloved Catherine's name slandered by Henry just for him to marry a common whore.
Henry is scared by this dream and fears that if he goes through with this annulment of his first marriage, Arthur will rise an army of the dead, and take back his kingdom, away from the cold hands of Henry?

We know Henry VIII had a bad diet, what if he eats a heavy meal near to his bed time and while his body is burning off the calories, his mind is conjoring up this dream. Was Henry superstous enough to heed the warning of his dead brother?

Third Proposed PoD: After his wifes death Thomas Cromwell is widowed in 1528, Cromwell falls in love with Mary Boleyn, sister of Anne and mistress of Henry.
This is seen as a great thing amoung the court of Henry VIII, with his ex-mistress being cared for, Cromwell being given access to Queen Anne and Henry keeping his in-lwas close.

I dont know if these two ever did truely meet, but both are single in 1528, Mary is seen as "used goods" while Cromwell is "from common roots and has ideas above his station."
Could these two people come to rule the court of Henry and Anne behind the scenes or were they always destined to be nothing more then footnotes in history.

This is based on the idea "In a world in which Anne Boleyn can be Queen of England, Thomas Cromwell could be ...."
And could this be the start of the Cromwell, political family like Cecil did in Elizabeth I's reign?

As there have been no disagreements, I will make a small TL around my 1st proposal.

On the 16th Aprile 1512, Mary Talbot, the daughter of George Talbot, 4th Earl of Shrewsbury, dies of the mysterious but deadly severe, Sweating Sickness.

In 1522, 20 year old Henry Percy, the eldest son of Henry Algernon Percy, 5th Earl of Northumberland and page to Cardinal Thomas Wolsey, falls in love with Anne Boleyn, daughter of Thomas Boleyn, 1st Earl of Wiltshire
and is allowed to marry her, as the royal court believes that this young lady has the spirit to make Henry Percy, a great man.
The marriage is a happy one, producing only a single daughter, Elizabeth, who would later go on to marry into the royal family.

On 7 September 1533, 17 years after giving birth to Princess Mary, Queen Catherine of Aragon gives birth to a second daughter, Princess Catherine, with both mother and daughter in good health, although the kingdom rejoyes in the news of the royal birth, they are still waiting on a prince to be born to become heir to the throne.

Their prays were answered on the 7th January 1536, however while giving birth to a healthy baby boy, Prince Henry, Duke of Cornwall, Queen Catherine, at the age of 50, dies.

With her death, 45 year old Henry VIII was grief stricken, but found love, in the form of Prince Henry's wet nurse, Jane Seymour, who had served, Queen Catherine since 1527, becoming maid-of-honour in 1532.

Although both of them loved each other, Cardinal Thomas Wolsey, suggested that they do not wed until a year after the Queen's death as a mark of respect, Jane’s well-publicized sympathy for the late Queen Catherine and her three children showed her to be compassionate and made her a popular figure with the common people and most of the courtiers.
For the next year, Lady Jane, would care for Henry as if he was their own and would look after the two princesses, living with them at Eltham Palace, while Henry dealt with running the country at Hampton Court Palace.

On 20th January 1537, King Henry VIII married Lady Jane Seymour, with 21 year old, Princess Mary, her sistersElizabeth and Dorothy Seymour as brides maids. And 3 year old, Princess Catherine as flower girl and Prince Henry was page boy.
It was a large event, taking London away from the doom and gloom of the plague.

On 12 September, of the same year, Queen Jane, gave birth to a healthy second son for King Henry VIII, and he was named Prince Edward, Duke of York.
A week later, she gets an infection, with the cure of fighting it, leaves her with the inability to have anymore children.

The two young princes, were said to be the closest of brothers and would keep their father, on his feet, playing sports, while his older daughters loved to through banquets and dance with their father.

Issues of Henry VIII
- Princess Mary (1516-1572) Marrying Daphne Francis III, Duke of Brittany in 1532, with one son, Henri born in 1535.
In 1536, Daphne Francis III dies. 20 year old Mary is then married to Francis de Lorraine, son of Claude, Duke of Guise. Francis's sister, Mary of Guise, was the wife of James V of Scotland and mother of Mary, Queen of Scots, while his younger brother was Charles, Cardinal of Lorraine. Francis and Mary would go on to have seven more children.
In 1547 at the age of 12, Daphne Henri, becomes King Henri II, with his mother and paternal uncle, Henri, as his regents.

- Prince Henry, of Wales, Duke of Cornwall (1536-1572) becomes King Henry IX in 1572, he marries Mary, Queen of Scots, in 1559, this marriage sees their son, Henry become, king Henry X of England, but the Henry I of Scotland.

- Prince Edward, Duke of York (1537-1593) married Lady Elizabeth, Duchess of Northumberland, in 1560.

28 January 1572, Henry died aged 70, leaving his throne, to 36 King Henry IX of England.
