WI there was an International Truth & Reconciliation Commission established in the Hague- perhaps as either an alternative to, or supplement of, the ICC ?

WI there'd also been national TRCs in other countries- in addition to Sth Afr & various Latin American countries- such as Haiti, East Timor, Sierra Leone or Liberia ?

There's been a Truth and Reconcilliation in Canada about Natives and the abuses our young had suffered at the hands of assimilation policies. I'm guessing you mean something like that?

yeah mate, that's right. I also just remembered, here in Australia, there's been a similar push for a TRC to acknowledge & compensate the Stolen Generations- WI such a tribunal was indeed established ?
