True Reform : A Ross Perot does not run in 1996 collaborative timeline

June 9 1996 : After seeing former Colorado governor Richard Lamm enter the reform party primary Ross Perot declines to run for the presidency so he does not divide the party which he says needs more than one man at the helm .
 
June 11 1996 : Pat Buchanan a former advisor to president Nixon and runner up to Bob Dole in the presidential primary decides to enter the race and take the party in a more conservative direction choosing California Governor Pete Wilson as his running mate.
 
June 13 1996 Amid attacks between Lamm And Buchannan both firmly on the left and right there are protests for some sort of candidate to unify the
party together .

and the Reform Party's able to recruit around 50 seasoned, experienced people to run for Senate and House seats? (your definition!)

and they do so in states which have run-off elections so they won't be perceived as having a spoiler effect.

June 19 1996 General Colin Powell after much speculation announces he will not run for the reform party nomination saying he no interest being President at this point in time though he hopes the reform party can unify.
