Trianon

What if after WW1, Hungary somehow persuaded the Entente forces it was victim of the Austrian and was forcibly in war, against their free will (I know it sounds kind of strange).
Would that still mean they have to have Trianon-borders or do they keep some provinces?
Have fun!

Hungary wouldn't be able to keep Transylvania, as that was promised to the Romanians as part of their secret treaty to get them in the war.

Nearly all the areas removed were inhabited by people who wanted out or else were promised to Allied countries. So, regardless of Hungary's song and dance:

Romania gets Transylvania.

Serbia gets Slavonia.

Croatia and Slovenia bail out to join Yugoslavia.

Slovakia bails out to join Czechoslovakia.

So it's basically the Trianon borders.

There could be a few tweaks: Hungary might keep some of the border territory with Slovakia. A major tweak would be Hungary keeping the Szekel lands in Transylvania, with a narrow corridor to Royal Hungary, or as an exclave.
