Treaty of Versailles not as harsh re: Germany, WWII butterflied away

After several centuries of existance without using any of those administrative rules. Today we use business and rights based on USA laws or French laws but doesn't mean Polish cities are part of USA or France.

A bunch of barbarians that are so primitive that they are not able to create a legal system cannot form a state. Having a foreign (!) court as a Supreme Court shows a lack independance and advancement.

You focus on creating a ´state´ to avoid the problem of prior settlements of Germanic tribes in these areas. But your oh-so advanced proto-Poles
are no lightbringers of civilisation, but primitives who need Germans to create a legal system ... oops.

Dummnutzer-you claimed Poles "succesfully immigrated"

They moved from Russian-occupied Poland to German-occupied Poland to enjoy a higher standard of living and a more tolerant regime, which resulted in diplomatic tension between Germany and Russia when Germany tried to stop said influx of additional ethnic Poles. These Poles immigrated into Germany.

In both Silesia and Wielkopolska after all the Polish population became smaller and German larger till WW1. Could you explain what you meant ?

You can find it under the terminus technicus ´Ostflucht´ in Wikipedia. The English versions seems to have been edited by Poles, however. ;)

As to Teutonic Order-they were doing this while ageeing to be subordinated to Polish rule.

The legal situation is much more complex, but you based the right to live somewhere on the original creation of a state, not on some treaty obligation. The Order created the first state in this area, so any Poles living there are non-local settlers that should be humanely expelled according to you.

However Poland didn't treat whole nations as subhumans nor did it try to exterminate them-something that was done on Poland and certainly allows her to feel victim to such practices.

Rummel, no Nazi-apologist, counts more than 1.5 millions of Germans as victims of the Polish democide post WW II.
