Treaty of Brest Litovsk amendments

Hey guys. Sorry if this isn't the right place for this but after the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk was signed there were a series of amendments that reduced the amount of reperations and were supposed to normalize the Russo-German relations.

Sadly I am too stupid to find any good english sources on the web for the amendments. Can somebody help me?

The Treaty of Brest-Litovsk was modified in August 1918 but to me the modifications seem (if anything) favorable to Germany:

"The army managed to get a 'supplemetary' to the Brest-Litovsk treaty on 27 August, promising 6 billion marks in compensation and access to the oil of the Caucuasus. A secret clause allowed the Germand to move through Russia to act against the Allied intervention..." https://books.google.com/books?id=zzlsAwAAQBAJ&pg=PA151

"In the wake of Russian repudiation of Tsarist bonds, nationalisation of foreign-owned property and confiscation of foreign assets, Russia and Germany signed an additional agreement on 27 August 1918. Russia agreed to pay six billion marks in compensation to German interests for their losses." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treat...ian-German_financial_agreement_of_August_1918

"A supplementary treaty of 27 August 1918 added reparations totaling six billion marks and formally removed Estonia and Latvia from Russian rule. ..." http://www.encyclopedia.com/history/encyclopedias-almanacs-transcripts-and-maps/brest-litovsk
