Lets say that TR runs again in 1908 and wins reelection.

OTL Taft in four years made five appointions to the high court. Now with TR running the show for another four years, what would his appointions look like? Would Taft finally take up TR's to become Chief Justice of the Surpreme Court? Who would be the other associate justices that TR places on the high court. Which way would this take the court?

Taft appointed five Supreme Court justices; depending on who these are, TR may very well appoint a supermajority to the Court in his three terms.
