Total Bulgarian collapse in WWI?

Is it possible that the Bulgarian government could have refused to sue for peace until it was too late, leading to a total occupation by the Entente or a left-wing revolution (possibly followed by Entente intervention)? If so, what effects would this have? Would the Greeks, Romanians, and Serbs get even more greedy and try to grab more land? If Greece has to occupy Bulgaria, how does this effect the Greco-Turkish war? If Romania has to, does this extend the lifespan of the Hungarian Soviet Republic? How would interbellum Bulgarian politics be changed?

Well, it's a bit impossible to happen, the bulgarian Tsar ferdinand I loved his people and the moment he knew the war was lost surrendered.
To have a similar WI you might need to make him go mad or the ASB version of hitler taking over the country and refusing to surrender due to bulgarian ethnic superiority

Ferdinand I loved his people? He was the nitwit that felt that he was cheated in the First Balkan War so he attacked his former allies, lost his alliance with Russia, and almost lost his country in the Second Balkan War.

With respect to the OP, OTL Second Balkan War was almost a total collapse of the Bulgarian position and their WW1 position at the end of September 1918 was as dire. The Bulgarian army was beaten and portions of the army had mutinied and was marching on Sofia.

No real territorial losses except for a few extras. Bulgaria may be divided in occupation zones if a few nations insist (Romania, Greece, Yugoslavia...) some may try to annex it but would likely fail.

I highly doubt Bulgaria would be mad enough to refuse.

in the frst balkan war serbia did not respect the pre war pacts and keeped the macedonia area, Ferdinand attacked sure of being able to win ( bulgarian army 550K while grecce 148k and serbia 348k together almost he same amount) he did not consider the backstab from romania and the attack from the OE.

Yes, I am aware of the Second Balkan War and the foolhardy decisions that were made by the Bulgarians to backstab their former allies (Serbia and Greece) that they failed to consider the possibility that Romania and the Ottomans might backstab them. They lost almost everything they gained from the First Balkan War in a foolhardy attempt to create a mega-Bulgaria.

Ferdinand despised the Bulgarian people. He saw Bulgaria only as a vehicle for his own ambition.
In fact even after the breakthrough at Dobro Pole he seriously discussed the possibility of retreating north of the Balkan Mountains and continuing the resistance from there.

Starting the Second Balkan War was morally justified, but absolutely idiotic from a strategic point of view. It was obvious that the Ottomans and Romanians would intervene.
