TL involving a quick decisive victory for the Union in the ACW

We see numerous TLs where the Confederacy wins. And even being a son of the South, any such victory seems a little ASBish to me. But I have not seen a developed timeline showing a quick and decisive Union victory, which is more plausible anyway, and then how the North and South developed after the war, dealing with reconstruction, slavery, etc. Is there such a TL somewhere in the back pages of this forum?

Something like this maybe:

-The Union army wins the Battle of Bull Run after Thomas Jackson proves not be a "stonewall"

-The Union army marches on to Richmond which falls to Union troops and the other Confederate states begin giving up one by one after such a crushing defeat.

-By 1862 the South surrenders and a plan to gradually abolish slavery is implemented and passed by Congress.

My guess is much earlier civil rights and much esrlier acceptance of racial equality than in OTL. Civil rights comes with less strife than in OTL. Also, a much shorter and therefore less bloody Civil War may mean less animosity between South and North. A shorter, smoother Reconstruction.

I think a longer and bloodier Civil War makes for more anger and hatred between the two sides, and more ill feeling by Southern Whites toward African-Americans. A shorter and therefore less bloody Civil War may make for less anger, hatred, and ill feelings and make Reconstruction emotionally easier for both sides.

A quick decisive victory would have left slavery in place since as an institution Lincoln declared that he would do little to abolish it. There would not have been any 'reconstruction' of the South and its entirely likely that the North would continue not to uphold Federal laws, such as the Fugitive Slave Act - which they were constitutionally bound to support - which would only place certain things onto the backburner - to explode at a later date.

Also the question of secession and states rights would remain a gray area, probably even more so that IOTL.
