TL Help :: Any Interest in a President Winston Churchill Timeline?

Basically what it says. However, i don't want a complete analogue of OTL with WW2 and so on exactly the same but with Churchill as president. I have some good ideas but don't know how to elaborate them without a fool of myself.

So, if there is any interest in such a TL, is there anyone out there who can help :)

What kind of angle though?
Some guy called Churchill is US president is quite 'so what?', you're going to play off his connections to the aristocracy or somesuch?

That would require Churchill's father being an American, and his mother being British. :) Seriously, that's what Churchill said in his speech to a joint
session of Congress in either 1941 or 1942.

Well, it's basically going to about Winnie being raised in the US and then making his way up through the US political system. I thought it might be interesting to see British Politics without Winston and American Politics with a significant Anglophile.

hmm, not too much difference in Britain I'd imagine. He wasn't that absolutely significant.
But yeah, having a British blue blood in the US could be interesting...if he could ever get anywhere.

Well, aside from politics, TTL's WW1 is going to be immensely different without him (a lot of people seem to forget his role in WW1, I.E, Gallipoli, Archangel exhibition).

I also had plans to turn him into some sort of War Hero, perhaps a role for him in TTL's Spanish - American War or some early 20th century adventure. But would his presence mean a more Anglophile US?
