CASTILLA PROTESTANTE

1369: After years of intense stalemate a treaty was reached where Enrique de Trastamara would become King Enrique de Léon, Galicsua, i Extrematuaré and Pedro el Justo would Become King Pedro de Castilla, Murcia, y La Mancha. With this treaty the Kingdom of Castilla y Léon has split in two with Castilla allying Portugal and England, and Léon allying Aragon and France. Soon after the Caroline War begins.


1370: With the Caroline War Castilla declares war on Léon for the throne bringing in Aragon and Portugal.



1373: King Pedro of Castilla dies of a Stroke with Constanza de Castilla becoming Queen Constanza de Castilla,Murcia,y La Mancha


1279: King Enrique of Léon dies and is succeeded by King Juan de Léon,Galicsua,I Extrematuaré


1383: King Ferdinand of Portugal Dies without an heir leading to three claimants to the throne


1385: João of Aviz defeats Juan de Léon


1388: Catherine of Lancaster marries Prince Enrique de Asturias causing Castilla to declare Isabel duchess of York her heir


1389: The Caroline War ends with a French Victory with the only concession in Iberia being that Navarre becomes a County under Aragon


1390: King Juan de Léon is succeeded by King Enrique II de Léon,Galicsua,I Extrematuaré


1392: With Isabella of York’s death the heirship passes to Edward of York


1394: Constanza dies and is Succeeded by King Edwardo de Castilla,York,Murcia,y La Mancha


1406: King Enrique dies and is Succeeded by King Juan II de Léon,Galicsua,I Extrematuaré


1415: King Edwardo de Castilla dies and is succeeded by King Ricardo I de Castilla,Murcia,York,y la Mancha


1454: King Juan el Gran dies and is succeeded by King Enrique III el Impotent


1460: King Ricardo el Grande dies and is succeeded by King Edwardo II de Castilla y York


1461: King Edwardo becomes king of England becoming King Edwardo II de Castilla,Murcia,Inglaterra,y la Mancha


1474: King Enrique dies beginning the war of Leonese Succession between Joanna la Beltraneja wife of Alfonso of Portugal and Isabel de Léon wife of Ferdinand of Aragon


1479: Franco-Aragonese forces defeat Joanna and her supporters uniting the crowns of Aragon and Leon


1483: King Edwardo de Castilla dies and is Succeeded by King Edwardo III de Castilla y Inglaterra before having his throne taken away by Richard of York


1485: Ricardo II is killed in battle and Castilla reluctantly accepts Henry Tudor as King Enrique II de Castilla y Inglaterra


1487: Castilla conquers Granada ending the Reconquista


1492: Ferdinand and Isabel desperately wanting to enter the Asian Spice Trade reluctantly agree to Columbus’s proposal to cross the Atlantic to reach India
