Microsoft-Sega console name revealed to be "Microsoft-Sega X/S". The X branding is used in North America, Africa and Europe, while the S branding is used in Latin America and Brazil, Asia and Oceania.

Nintendo GameCube to release this Fall.

Outlaw Star arrives on Cartoon Network's Toonami block. Expect The Big O, more Gundam and Batman Beyond on Toonami later this year.

Sony reportedly in talks with major television studios for a new joint venture.

New anime distributor "Starboard Entertainment" founded. Importing hit Japanese anime "Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters" this Fall. Kids' WB, Fox Kids, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon among networks/blocks interested.

The Fairly OddParents and Invader Zim premieres on Nickelodeon.

Well, I chose it because of the OTL Series X/S............

Don't worry..........Sega may eventually get their way..........

And the Scarlett and Scorpio names will actually be used...

Founded in 1999. Began Operations in 2000. Became known in 2001.

Starboard Entertainment is a new anime distributor founded by Maxison Rayfield and Riski Mizama. However, they will eventually do more than just anime.

Their first dubs is Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters, which will debut this Fall.

It is also rumored that Starboard is looking to bring the Ultraman franchise back to America by dubbing Ultraman Tiga.

Regardless, this studio has a very bright future ahead, be on the lookout, at first, they may look like another 4Kids by the Yu-Gi-Oh! license, but I'm sure this is only the beginning of what could be a great studio!
