Nice, gave me an idea
given the popularity of the Mini 4WD kits(6 on wishlist) and the Let’s & Go dub. I’m imagining WB getting in contact with Tamiya to work on a US championship with the idea being that the champion gets automatic qualification to the Japan Cup that year.(I imagine that it would come back much earlier as there wasn’t one from the years between 2000 and 2011) which soon evolves into a world championship by the end of the decade(perhaps even introduce a few new shows due to the 3 seasons of Let’s & Go, but there might still be a demand, so a new series might end up happening to keep it around)
How did they screw up?
If I don't have Warner buy Paramount, I could have Viacom split up and then DreamWorks could buy out Paramount themselves.

Yeah, ITTL, the gaming wars will be a bit more intense, especially since there's a lot more pressure for Microsoft and Sega to perform, and which I'll say, TTL's equivalent of the Xbox(M-S X/S) will sell somewhat better.
TTL's dub of an anime called "Bakuso Kyodai Let's & Go!!" that was dubbed by 4Kids as compensation for them not getting Ultimate Muscle the same way an earlier pickup of Magical DoReMi compensated for Yu-Gi-Oh!

Right, but now with a new focus, Fox Kids should perform a bit better, especially with Buffy: The Animated Slayer Chronicles being a gender-neutral hit.
And if Yu-Gi-Oh! does end up on Kids' WB for reruns, it'll be the Nick edits of the Starboard dub as Starboard will eventually make a new CN-friendly dub.

That sounds a bit rough. On the one hand, those people would want to work for better animation services. On the other hand, being forced to work on mostly Land Before Time sequels would have given those people a less cheerful reaction to the guy responsible for the first movie in that franchise. I know I would.
Either one of those sound good for the studio's first feature. And with Don Bluth at the helm, there's a lot of unmade movies we could pull from.

While it does seem like Kids WB got the short end of the stick, people should recall that Yu-Gi-Oh! was actually one of, if not the only thing good on Nick when it was airing over there. Giving that more edited dub a more popular home automatically saves it from becoming harder to find.

This was a year which saw a bunch of movies release such as Harry Potter 2, Treasure Planet, Lilo and Stitch, 8 Mile, Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, Spider-Man, The Lord of the Rings 2, Star Wars: Episode II, Ice Age, Men In Black 2 and others, as well as new TV shows like The Shield, The Bachelor, George Lopez, Crank Yankers, American Idol, Monk, Dr. Phil, The Daily Buzz, 8 Simple Rules, Firefly and more. In addition, animation had some new stuff come out with the launch of several new cable networks that airs animation such as Universal Kids and Animax, while the medium would get Buffy: The Animated Slayer Chronicles, Jimmy Neutron, Codename: Kids Next Door, Kim Possible, Inuyasha, Yu Yu Hakusho, Clone High among others. This year would also be major in news as the US introduced new safety and security laws and even created the Department of Homeland Security after the failed attempt at a terrorist attack was going to occur in New York in September 2001. In addition, this year had one major topic and scandal. The Viacom Scandal, later referred to by many as The Viagreed Incident occured with roots beginning in late 2001 when several Nicktoon creators filed lawsuits against Nickelodeon for unfair treatment. This later turned into a major scandal that affected the entire company and in October 2002, Viacom even sued TimeWarner. On the other hand, towards the end of the year, The Walt Disney Company and Vivendi announced a deal with would see the latter company split off Universal Pictures(including recently acquired USA Networks) and merge it into Disney, creating the first 21st century mass media company.
