1920: Upton Sinclair (S-NJ)/Hosea Blackford (S-DA) vs. Theodore Roosevelt (D-NY)/Walter McKenna (D-PA) & Robert McCormick (R-IL)/Jack Hounsome (R-NE)

1996: Jack Kemp (D-NY)/Donald Rumsfeld (D-IL) vs. Tom Harkin (R-IO)/Michael Dukakis (R-MA) & Alina Fernandez (S-CU)/Tom Daschle (S-DA)

How about this for the next elections? By the way, we're very close to the end now, only 5 more pairs.

Hmm... To be honest, I was kind of reserving McCain for 2008, running him against Jill Stein... But why the hell not. McCain/Branstad for 2000!

The Republicans were definitely supposed to be doing better than that in TL-191: Turtledove mentions in relation to the 1910s elections that they regularly carry several Plains and Midwestern states, but can never break out of that heartland. I would give them a steady popular vote of around 8-15% in every election.

Also those are strange choices of states for Debs to carry.

This map is based on the AH.com poll votes, not the the actual TL-191. As for Debs, I recall Turtledove giving Debs his home state and Dakota, and Wisconsin was the beating heart of American Socialism at the time, so I'm not sure why the Debs states are "strange".

And Blue, I'll work on the infoboxes this weekend.
