TL-191 Uniform, weapons and equipment of the Secondary Combatants.

Idk, but I assume that Japan will support the revolutionary government to show their Pam-Asian rhetoric across Asia.
I don’t think so, the Philippines have strategic to point and resources that will be helpful for the Empire of the Rising Sun.
Plus the Revolutionary government’s want independent from Colonial power, so they will not like it when the Japanese eventually use it the Philippines as “Colony” than Independents republic.

So they just pulled a Britain/American and stab them in the back

Some uniforms from South America during the Interwar Period, specifically the Chaco War.

I see some Prussian influences here
Bolivia in particular had quite a bit of German influence in our timeline. In fact the general in charge of its army during the Chaco War with Paraguay was a German by the name of Hans Kundt, a veteran of the First World War. He spearheaded arms purchases and training of the Bolivian Army, but his leadership contributed in the army's failures against Paraguay despite being much more well armed.

In the case of Paraguay and Bolivia, you may see more influence from other countries. Paraguay in particular, since it did fight on the side of the Central Powers in the Great War against Argentina, might see a variety of arms in their arsenal - from German Mausers to American Springfields. They may be better equipped in this timeline than in our own, but it’s internal stability and impoverished populace, coupled with having to take part in a major war, will have big consequences - especially if they have to fight Bolivia for possession of the Chaco, which I still personally see happening in this timeline given the conditions are right for it.

Yeah the Chaco War's one thing the books don't even touch on but the maps have it so that war doesn't happen.

Nevermind, I stand corrected. I looked again. A few maps I've seen don't have as that or without the full territory awarded to Paraguay IOTL.

I see, so there is inconsistency then. Cant blame people really. The books give so little info as to these South American countries that its really up in the air as to what the borders might be.

I have my own theory on what the borders revolving around the Chaco might be and it does center on the Chaco War still triggering in this timeline, but it veers into headcanon territory.

Either way, I do believe that Paraguay and Bolivia should get some attention in this timeline. They'd definitely be equipped differently than in our timeline, with possibly the Paraguayans being a little better armed due to connections made by the Central Powers. Hard to say really, but just fascinating to ponder.

You may be right. Thinking about it, both sides would definitely be awkwardly funded and supported by both the Central Powers individually, and perhaps a neutral/Entente power or two. As mentioned above, the Commander of the Bolivian Army was a German, and as such would be commanding them against a CP ally. So it be quite a pickle like OTL's Nigerian Civil War with their support.

It would be very weird. Hans Kundt (the German born commander of the Bolivian Army during the Chaco War) was the main pusher behind how Bolivia was able to acquire its weapons and equipment. And that's if he does go on his little training expedition to Bolivia in 1908, which... I can still see happening in this timeline since I don't see anything in particular that would prevent him from going. In our timeline he was exiled from the country shortly before the war in 1930 for supporting Bolivian president Reyes though. So maybe he stays out once things kick off? Hard to say.

I did provide you with another answer to this in another thread, but I'd be happy to expand on more here. The Chaco War is admittedly something that I find interesting to read about and I have wondered how the changes in this timeline would effect the course of a potential Chaco War here.

I found a website that has a bunch of templates for Russian uniforms during the Russian Civil War. Could be useful. I've been trying to piece together a possible uniform for the Black Hundredists.

Here is the link

And here are some examples.

So, for context, these uniforms are supposed to be for religiously-motivated militia units called "Brigades of the Holy Cross". From what little I understood of the text, these were like informal religious Orthodox units akin to 'brotherhoods" or something like that. I've been trying to find stuff that would represent the squads and units of the paramilitary arm of the Black Hundreds/ Union of the Russian People and this look seems to be the closest. It fits them moderately, given that the group was highly religious.

I think that s good source for Black Hundreds and the Union of Russian people uniform will be like Omsk from TNO mod.

I could imagine the Officers of BH will probably look like this or something similar in SGW

Just Imagine them with SGW weapons and Ultra Religious Symbol on their Uniforms.

So it's highly that Omsk is a good source for Black Hundreds uniform
