Here are some sources for both of these lists. Also the last VP was speculation. I made someone up since I don't think Gutierrez's VP was mentioned in After the End.

The only thing I changed from Turquoise Blue's elections list was that I replaced Joseph C. S. Blackburn with Zebulon Baird Vance and made Blackburn Vance's VP. Vance was more prominent, so I thought it made more sense. I also added Wade Hampton V as Gabriel Semmes' VP and Samuel Longstreet as Burton Mitchell III's VP.

I think Willy was still alive when Don was made Vice President. I'd have to check the books though to be sure.

Willy Knight was removed from office after the assassination attempt in 1939 before the election. Partridge was Featherston's running mate in 1939. Knight wasn't killed until 1941.

Fixed it. :)

Also, the list of British Prime Ministers is forthcoming.

Technically, there would have been a vacancy in the Vice Presidency between Knight's removal in December 1938 -- I checked the book and confirmed Trotsky is right -- and Partridge's inauguration on March 4, 1940.
