TL-191: Filling the Gaps

China in 1936 (From the Southern Victory HOI4 mod)

Has anyone here talked about the Boxer Rebellion in TL 191? Would it include the CS alongside the other 8 nations?
Here's this dead thread that has speculation on that topic and among other things like Chinese politics of the time.

Never specified but likely if I was to guess it was made its own branch to hide it. The Confederate Citrus Company was probably unofficially headed by whoever ultimately become head of the CSAF and with how much Featherson liked to make rivalries on purpose and never let a single officer get too powerful its possible.

I kind of wonder if the Washington and London Naval Treaties would be a thing ITTL, if they do happen, how different would they be?
Unlikely; ITTL the world is significantly more militarized. Germany earned a massive colonial empire and Britain is unlikely to want to lose any other naval vessels they weren't forced yo give up (assuming they were forced to give up much)

I think the only reason the US stopped building Battleships was because of the invention of Carriers which were likely cheaper then Battleships and after the Socialists took power cheap mattered

This would mean that the Japanese would perhaps complete their eight-eight fleet plan.

Assuming they felt they needed it. In ITTL their only enemies are Germany, China and the United States as they are strictly allied to the Entente and more importantly, got out of the war without a scratch or getting screwed over it looks like.

Their IJN was likely more powerful then it was IOTL at the very least as they got their East Asian Co-Prosperity Sphere with the former Dutch East Indies, the Phillipines and Indochina

I was wondering because I am in the process of making a redux version of this chart from the photos thread.

Only realizing this now but if the CS Air Force is its own department, who would be likely candidates for Secretary of the Air Force? Been speculated Ira C. Eaker is Chief of Staff/Air Operations in the active duty/ranking officer capacity.
I'd say that it was it's own department
