If Anne gave birth to a son in 1534, while she was still in Henry's favour, she might be able to influence him more when it comes to religion. Anne was in favour of using the old monasteries to help the poor, by converting them to schools and other charitable projects. So if she succeeded with that, the english subjects might not be as against the reformation as they were in OTL, when Cromwell and Henry took all the wealth from the dissolution monasteries for themselves and it ended with the pilgrimage of grace.
That, combined with the birth of a prince, might help Anne's popularity.
Or she gives birth in 1536, she is no longer in Henry's favour, but CoA has just died. She might not be able to influence Henry, but she's safe in her marriage as the mother of the prince.

So flash forward a decade or so, Henry VIII is dead, his wife has given him at least two living children (might be several more by 1547), he has a 13/11 year old son who has spent his entire life as Prince of Wales, the nobility know and love him, Mary Tudor has either sworn the oath of succession acknowledging her illegitimacy or is imprisoned, his son has powerful relatives in England (Duke of Norfolk, Earl of Ormond and Wiltshire, and the Queen Mother who is also Marquess of Pembroke) and he is fully and completely English with no foreign ties.
The new king also has a 14 year old sister ready for marriage, and probably some younger siblings to betroth to foreign royals.

There might be civil war, but I don't think Mary can win this without foreign help, and that wouldn't make her popular with her subjects.
