Timeline help with a united Germany

Hi folks,

I'm working on a timeline of Germany, looking to make it as legitimate or detailed as the 'People's Socialist Atlas' or Lone Star Republic, or Union Forever. My knowledge of history is not perfect, so if folks could help out I would appreciate it.

I have a rough outline of what I want to happen and where I want to end up. Getting there though may be the issue. Please, no calls of ASB or name calling on this timeline.

Here's what I roughly have.

Basic points in history:
*France allied with Russia, the Ottoman Empire, et al to attack Austria-Hungary for attacking Serbia, causing WW1; Germany, A-H, and the UK were allies. France got the blame. Greece got Megali territory after the first Great War. Ireland never got independence.
*France fell to extremist elements, had an extremist national socialist party come to power, and lead it to start WW2. It allied with Spain, Italy, Turkey, and Japan. Pearl Harbor still happened; I don't know the course of this war, but in the end, Poland is divided east and west, and France loses its colonies and some European territory. Warsaw Pact and NATO form; NATO dissolves though in the mid to late 90s after communism falls.
*Germany united in 1871; Frederick III became Kaiser in the 1870s and led it on a more liberal reform. It still took colonies and turned them to settler colonies. William II isn't a breech birth and continues his father's path. At least 1 of this Germany's settler colonies (probably Namibia) becomes majority Germany before 1919.
*At least 1 of the UK's African colonies becomes a majority settler colony; Rhodesia survives whole.
*I would like to turn this more liberal Germany into a presidential parliamentary republic if possible and keep it stable.
* A-H collapsed after WW1 in the rise of nationalist sentiments, after a federal reform in 1919, German Bohemia, Sudetenland, Vierburgenland, and Teschen Silesia were transferred to Austria. In 1921 to 1923 or so, A-H splits into various countries. Austria unfortunately falls to a fascist government and becomes a secondary ally to France during WW2, but not a major belligerent. This Austria either merges with Germany after WW2 in the de-fascist-ization process, or just becomes a neutral country as in our timeline. Czech Republic remains outside the Iron Curtain, while Slovakia, Hungary, Yugoslavia, Ukraine, East Poland, and the Baltics are all communist during the cold war.
*Germany retains some overseas territories, and gains some from France after WW1/2. At the very least, Germany retains Alsace-Lorraine, and the Caroline Islands, and may gain the Southern and Antarctic Islands from France, perhaps the Mascarene Islands, etc.

It's quite late, which is why this post is sparse in details, but if there are folks interested in this idea, and might be interested in helping flesh this out into a real timeline, I would appreciate that.

Sorry for the possible necro but this idea sounds quite interesting. While I also don't know that much about the period I'd like to see you elaborate.
