PILOT-PROLOGUE

Leon Trotsky currently in charge of commanding the red army has only a few footholds he needs to besiege, infact, around the beginning of 1918, the red army had almost completely won the civil war, the instances of external forces however turned the ties and delayed the revolution's success until the early 20's.
-Trotsky utilizes the Dungan Mazaga Mansanchi earlier, thus activating the entire Dungan cavalry in Kazakhstan, the Reds had already controlled much of southern central Asia and simply had to finish off one single stretch of Kazakh railway in order to fully take central Asia, and so Trotsky would force his new Dungan regiments along with red army troops in northern Transcaucasia to finish off central Asia in a matter of a month.
-In Kuban, Red Army troops are rallied and overwhelmed by waves of Red Army troops, sieging kuban early on would be imperative to seizing everything north of the caucasus mountain range, after a matter of one and half months, the red army would be ready to force march through the mountains, specifically through Azerbaijani Transcaucasia in order to reach the ottoman-persian border and take more white army troops captive.
-All red army troops in the east march into manchuria to secure a railway across Manchuria which white army troops occupy, with the removal of the White Army from Manchuria, Red Army troops can march into and siege Tannu Tuva, as well as begin their mass expansion into siberia almost 6 months ahead of OTL,
-In the west, Latvian red army militiamen stand their ground in the western front, with northern baltic troops being sent to finland to aid the Pro-Moscow side of the civil war. There is only discharge of military members if their morale is low
By June 1918:

With basically the entire Russian empire's army and the white army captured, their troops are hurled at the western front with the Austrians, Ottomans, and Germans, because the white army troops are considered traitors to the revolution, their death, both among the government and the public is not seen as cruel, this allows the the red army to push these soldiers well beyond natural feats of human condition, launching these men constantly out of trenches, through machine gun fire, and many times actually overwhelming the central powers because of the sheer number of men which are running across the battle field.
By this time, Lenin is eager to completely remove the Russians SFSR from the great war, because the soviets are slightly ahead against the Ottomans, Lenin immediately signs an armistice with the Ottomans, giving the Red Army temporary occupation of lands they sieged, as well as some reparations.
With much of the country's borders secure, and the White Army defeated, (except in Finland and Siberia), the Allied Coalition against the red army has basically nowhere to begin, during this time, the remainder of rebels in Siberia and Finland are stomped out and overwhelmed by Red Army troops.
White Army leaders such as Alexandr Kolchak, and Pyotr Wrangel are executed, and their men are sent to the western front to overwhelm the central powers, to ultimately allow Lenin to sue for a white peace, unlike the Brest-Litovsk treaty of OTL. The Transcaucasian Republic, as well as the Tuvan People's Republic are integrated into the Russian SFSR. Due to the rebellion going much more successfully, and only 2 states have gained some degree of independence (Finland and Poland), there is no need for a Soviet Union.
The Reforms under Lenin instead begin occurring around now. By the End of June, a White peace is finally met between the Austro-Hungarians, as well as the Germans, Along roughly the current occupational lines. Many White Army rebels, and Red Army defectors flee into Russian Occupied Iran, specifically the city of Tabriz, to seek assylum, the Red Army, reluctant to enter another military conflict, while still having to deal with Finland, and Siberia, choose to leave Iran be.
During July, much like how the Soviets would establish a Mongolian Socialist Puppet State, the Soviets use their occupation of Northern Manchuria to establish a Socialist Man'chzhuriya Puppet State. By this time Soviet troops would march further south towards Korea, to border the Japanese, they would then claim these lands as apart of the People's Republic of Man'chzhuriya.
