She's certainly lucky to have such luxuries. As for the pregnacies, well we shall have to see...
Considering the tudors thought a bath was detrimental to one's health, I can't imagine crazy hypochondriac Henry VIII allows her such an indulgence without some fighting.
Oh that's true but well, we know Eleanor tends to give as good as she gets, not to mention she can guilt trip him about all the children she's birthed for him.
Glad to see Carolajin and her sisters again. Henry seems to have put aside his mistresses. It has been a while since he had a child with anyone but Elanor. Elanor though seems to be cold. Carolajin was once a close friend yet now she fears the Queen. Perhaps it is logical given she was sleeping with the King, even if ordered to. Elanor has risen high but at what cost
Indeed it's been awhile since I featured them in anything, so I figured it would be great to see them again! Yeah Henry mostly has other than Caroljin, and Caroljin isn't quite as fertile as her Queen, though I imagine Henry has calmed down a bit with age. They're still mostly friends, but part of it is that as the younger of the two Caroljin has always tended to admire, and also fear Eleanor, given the woman's capacity for anger... You're also definitely right about Eleanor, while she's reason to the top her method of dealing with the difficulties of her life has been to grow rather cold, and while she (mostly) loves her children she's going to have her favorites.. She sure has, even if she and Henry still bicker occasionally she's matured greatly...
It is great to see them again, especially Carolajin. Thank you for that. I wish we had one scene between her and Henry just to see how that works. It is interesting, that mixture of admiration and fear, that hasn't been changed by sleeping with Elanor's husband and having a family of her own. That said it seems clear she was strong enough to prevent her mistress with a faint acompoli.
Hmm, I may be able to show one where Eleanor's watching them talk or something, I'll definitely try! Caroljin certainly still feels those feelings for Eleanor, but whether she recognizes it or not she has a very secure position, as she's pretty (and sophisticated enough) for Henry but is still humble as the Queen was one who made her position possible.
That would be intresting. I wonder if we will be seeing more of Henry's bastards, now that the legitimate children are beginning to enter the spotlight.

I will give a small hint and say it's one of his illegitimate sons...
John or Jasper. If I remember Carolajin bore a son but he would be too young to really do much with.
It'll be one of those two boys! Caroljin has birthed two girls so far, though Bridget is old enough now to have her own interesting things going on.
