In a theoretical Republican presidential primary, in which the two main contendors for the Republican nomination are Sarah Palin and Bobby Jindal, who would be more likely to win the nomination and why? It is only between these two, there are no other options.

Impossible to answer. We'd have to know the circumstances of the election. When does it take place? What are the main issues of the campaign? Is Palin an incumbent VP (like a McCain victory TL or something)? Is the economy good or bad and whose fault does the country think that is? What have the two of them done between now and the election (I'm assuming this is in the future)? I mean, if you were just asking who we would vote for then we may not need to know the specifics, but you are asking who is more likely to win, which requires details.

Jindal, if they want any chance whatsoever of taking on the Democrat or whoever the opposing candidate is.
