The Yankee Dominion: A Map and World Building Project

The American heartland you might say ........... I'll show myself out.

Or the heart of the Ozarks :p. In all seriousness it was completely unintentional, the pocket was drawn to surround all the cities in that region, and the anchor cities end up created a triangle/heart shape.

I'm leaving you guys the MP's. I always lose all interest in a project when I start researching current politicos. Also remember airlifting is a thing, and the left-right map I posted is just a ROUGH guide, not the end product.

I do think finalizing all the minor party MPs and their seats should come first before the big parties.

I should hopefully have Colombia wikiboxs out by the weekend.

Green Party Caucus

  • Elizabeth May [Nova Scotia: Halifax Metro]
  • Pramila Jayapal [Franklin: Seattle Central]
  • Peter Bevan-Baker [Prince Edward Island]
  • Andrew Weaver [Franklin: Victoria Metro]
  • Chellie Pingree [Maine: Cumberland]
  • Seren Baines [Oregon: Portland Beaverton]
  • David Zuckerman [Vermont: Barre—Rutland]
  • Cam Gordon [Minnesota: Minneapolis]
  • Jill Stein [Massachusetts: Massachusetts West]
we can remove Jill Stein from the Greens caucus if we want

The Greens will probably include a cast of characters similar to OTL (Blair Wilson, Elizabeth May, Ralph Nader until recently, etc) and will only have ~5-10 seats at best. I don't really see why people like Inslee or Khanna would be Greens in OTL when other parties better representing them exist to be honest.

So managed to fill in some of the seats from New Jersey and the Green Party seats that were mentioned earlier:

I would say that because South Jersey's demo's are more suburban Tory rather then working class white/minorities who support the left, the previous lists there might need to be changed. I think for the greens, Jill should be moved to the Socialists/Extreme Radical republican left, and the Portland Green should be airlifted into an area that isn't as labor heavy as Oregon.

I would've imagined Seattle Central would've been the Main Seattle district, rather than the one you've highlighted which includes Bellevue and Redmond and other suburbs. Also the district I imagined Cam Gordon representing would be Minneapolis rather than St. Paul. I'm not sure what you've done to Chellie Pingree, I think she would be a good green MP and same with Seren Baines (Suzanne Bonamici OTL, I couldn't really make a good welsh translated name.) Pretty cool stuff with New Jersey. Also, I think Blair Wilson could be a Green character, although maybe he's too centrist and would fit best with the Progressives.
