The World If by the Economist Magazine

    I've been reading recent issues of the Economist and I began to see a rise in 'The World If' category. It's basically a bunch of speculation of the future or alternate histories that are shown throughout the magazine. While it may be a bit biased (at least in my opinion) it still shows that the alternate history genre is starting to grow larger and larger. Subjects include Trump's second term, Nationalist Victory in China, and the survival of the Ottoman Empire. Here's a link if you're curious.

    I liked the "What if the Ottomans Never Fell" scenario. I may even do a map of it.
