What if the Polish Hussars never arrived to save Vienna in 1683 and the ottomans won the battle with them than destroying the relief force later after getting Vienna how would have this changed Europe and if the Polish army was nearly entirely destroyed how would this had affected the PLC
Murad Giray, khan of the Crimea, was suppose to hinder the crossing of the (Polish-German) relief force. He did not stop it due to his conflict with the Grandvizier.
Lets say he halts the Poles long enough for Merzifonlu to reorganise the army to counter it. In OTL, the relief force caught the Ottomans during the siege. In this case the Ottomans move to open field to counter the relief forces of Sobieski. So there is no guarantee to lose the battle.
If the Ottomans take the city, they leave the Kuruc/Hungarian garrison as defensive force and under control of their vassal Thokoly. The Ottomans return to Istanbul in all glory. The Habsburgs pull some troops from the Rhine defence in order to take back Vienna to save bits of their tarnished prestige. There is possibly a fast peace treaty made between the enemies: The Habsburgs abandon Royal Hungary (except Croatia) for the rebel Hungarian nobles. This is by far the best thing to do. No annexations which will cause more conflict.
Most importantly, Merzifonlu is saved but unfortunally, so is Mehmed IV.
