The singular world-map tile is now complete. The only problem is that I can't upload it from my desktop.

With only nine tiles, I thought it best to do three at a time, each within a 70.028x35 document. Then when all three larger tiles are done, I've put them all into one tile, compressed into another 70.028x35. Looks good, though I'm still uncomfortable with how geometrically straight North America's municipalities are.
Looks like the tiles are a little off in North America. Don't exactly meet up. But I made this if it helps at all. Still working on it though.

This still isn't the same map.
They are inside the zip, you need to download and extract it. I think Windows allows you to compress into a zip as well(as usual, Google will help you).
I don't currently have access to a Mac but if you're trying to create a zip file I think I remember there being a compress option when you right click with files selected. I don't remember needing to do anything unusual to extract them.
