This is a thought exercise, to determine the ultimate fate of the project were it carried out. I do realize there is already a timeline present on the board, but it has some...............significant issues with regards to plausibility, though the POD it lays down is sound.

The British had offered the majority of the area of the Uasin Gishu Plateau in Kenya, which was very lightly populated by the native tribes, who were nonetheless hostile to the presence of White Settlers. The land is quite fertile as well from what I can tell. The settlers themselves, I assume no more than fifty thousand a year at best, a tenth that in the initial years, due to finance; many who have the money to go would not wish to, and many who might wish to go would not have the means. A fund would be required to pay for the movement of Jews into Kenya, including the capital to build the infrastructure. I can't imagine the First World War would go any differently, though a side effect will be that Antisemitism is worse given the Jewish people will be perceived as loyal to the Allies. That should serve to promote even more movement into Jewish Africa, though Palestine (a mandate after 1918) would now serve as a popular destination, even without the Balfour Declaration. Should be around a million (maybe 1 or 1.2) in the region by the time 1939 rolls around.

Those are my thoughts on the matter anyway from what I have read on the issue over the years.
