The Titans instead of the Olympians

What would the impact be on Greek society and philosophy (and by extension the entire western world) if the Greeks worshiped the Titans instead of the Olympians as their gods? I'm not talking about the Olympians not existing in the Greek mythology. In this scenario the Greek myths would have Cronus (or perhaps Uranus) leading the Titans to victory against Zeus and the Olympians. Myths about heroes would result in either new parentage for the heroes, new quests, or even completely new heroes.

I'm just curious about what this shift the Greek religion would cause. Would it simply be a hiccup that would have no real effects on the Greeks? Could it cause the Greeks to value tradition more?

You have to understand that Politheist Pantheons of that time were based on real life "problems" or so to say:

The "Titans" were the gods of the people who lived in the Greek Peninsula before they were conquered by the "classic" Greeks, some of them ( like Crete´s Poseidon ) would end as fairly important gods even after the conquer, but most of them would be gradually forgotten.

The ( quite nice ) mythology that was developed ( much latter ) was developed to explain why they fall in disuse ( other than the more prosaic "because we conquered them" )

The Romans too followed this tradition, and some would say that quite the Christian "saints" had a similar evolution ( a bit more peacefuly ).

So for the Greeks to keep the Titans, you have to stop them to invade Greece, with soo many butterflies that its almost impossible to say what would happen.

And even then, if the Greeks don't invade (or lose), then while Titans will be the gods of the peninsula, they won't be the gods of the Greeks.

Hmmm... Greeks try to invade. Lose. Are so impressed by the divine intervention (as they see it) on the part of the locals, they adopt the religion, and then go invade elsewhere. So 'Greece' is now Anatolia or OTL's Romania or something, and the Greeks worship the Titans.

How's that? darn close to ASB, I know...
