I wonder if the calculus on the July Monarchy changes if the Orleans are still in power as it starts to become clear that Chambord won't have any children. It seems plausible that the comte de Paris will secure a better match than his father did, given that it'll be starting to look like the Orleans are here to stay.
I suppose that is possible. Although, with a POD in 1840, it could change who Chambord marries. He wanted Maria Beatrix, Maria Theresa's younger sister, but the former wanted Don Juan, Count of Montizón, whom she later did marry. Maybe here Maria Beatrix is convinced to marry Chambord instead.
But, assuming that Chambord's marriage goes as OTL, then yes chances are the Courts of Europe will begin to accept the Orléans dynasty, albeit reluctantly. I'm still not completely sold on a Orléans marriage for Archduchess Maria Anna, but it could certainly be in the cards.
