Don't see a variety of these things ever happening - in fact, any of it happening. The renaming of the states wouldn't happen. Particularly renaming one after the Queen of England.

Can't particularly figure out why Cuba isn't simply admitted as one. I know your basing this ATL off the map posted on the other thread, but that doesn't make much sense.

I don't quite know why Spain is so nice to the United States, unless its being compensated.

Are you talking about Macau? The Portugese port?

"December 31st: The Kwang-Chow stand-off begins after the US requests the France sells the city to the United States, but France refuses."

By the same token someone could demand the US sells thems Honolulu or even Santiago, Territory of Cuba. The US would already know about what it can or can not do in China. It can't force the French to sell and would have known that before they bought the territory around it.

It's just a rough draft right now, better changes due to suggestions and comments will be made. Here's a map of China.

'August 16th: The Kwang-Chow stand-off ends when the US agrees to lease Guntamino Bay to France for 99 years, inexchange for Kwang-Chow for 99 years. Feburary 16ht, 2001, the United States will lower her flag from Kwang-Chow, and return it ot France, and France will do the samething to Guntamino Bay.'

The US-French port swap doesn't make sense and the French are coming out of the short end of the stick. Kwang-Chow is a point of entry for French merchants to the Chinese market. What sort of trade can they expect at Guantanamo Bay?

'Feburary 16th: In agreement with the United States, Russian naval forces from the Baltic will be refuled from Liberia, the Philipines, and finally Macoa, then attack Japan.'

Very strange agreement for the US to have entered into. It actually enters into hostile-neutrality in regards to the Japanese. The US would most likely declare itself neutral. I think Britain would be also actively assisting its Japanese ally in return.

'November 4th: Roosevelt agrees to send supplies and weapons to Chinnese nationalist in other nation's parts of China, in exchange that the nationalists does not do operations in American territory. Also, the United States will fund the Afrikaners supplies, weapons, and money to fight against Great Britian.'

Actions like this aren't going to do the United States any good. I'm surprised that the French would have anything to do with the US for supporting the Chinese nationalists. Also the Boers are pretty hard to support particularly when the British control all avenues of trade with them. I suspect that one could expect Filipino nationalist to be supported by British arms and money in their fight against the Americans.

If you looked at my map above, China has been partitioned between Britian, France, US, Germany, Japan, and Russia. Shanghai will probally an open city, giving every nation an opening into the smaller Chinese market. About supplies and arms to the Chinese and Boer nationalists could enter Ruled Chin through mountains, transported by mules and such. The British will probally be supplying the Fillipino nationalist against the US.
