In the end of the 15th Century or the beginning of 16th century, Volcano of Pinatubo erupted and destroyed the lives of the people in the plains of the Pampanga river, the ashes and lahar ravaged the lands, around this time a large earthquake also happened in the Island of Selurong and also a flood in Pampanga and Pangasinan around the same time.

On the end of the 15th Century or the beginning of 16th century a part of population of Pampanga River plains and Pangasinan migrated to the Tondo and Burakan area as well as the Southern Sambal and Irraya area after the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo due to the destruction it has caused to the area and also due to the flash floods that happened to the area.

The destruction of the area of the Pampanga river enabled the area of Burakan, Tondo, Irraya and Sambal area to flourish while the actual core area is just recovering, the ashes that fertilized the land helped the recovery of the area in 50 years.

(so basically, in this point the downtown of the OTL Metro Manila which is empty before is settled by Kapampangan settlers instead of OTL where it is settled by the people from Cavite and Batangas areas)

In this point the realm is a Mandala part of the falling Majapahit Empire, the realm would be the one of those that are loyal with Majapahit as the Empire started to wane.

Soliman I saw that the people are happy and want their country to actually recover from the deluge so he helped the people who are already affected by the deluge in the meantime, the Javanese muslims start to migrate to Saludang.

The Kingdom of Saludang returned to its original allegiance to the Kingdoms of Aceh and Pasai and not Brunei from Majapahit which lead its complete Islamization, the South of the Island, Kumintang, later Batangan is ruled by the same dynasty and later passed to his son, Lakandula.

Soliman II on the start of his reign, he decided on strengthening his own rule to Saludang, he settled some Malay Malays from Sumatra, Acehnese from and Javanese from the Muslim parts of Java to the Dapanan and Pampangan region, which in earlier period was always received substantial settlements from the Western part of the Malay archipeleago.

Soliman II decided to renounce his own claims to the Batangan region to Lakandula and focus on restoring greater relations with the Muslim Emirates of Northern Sumatra and Java.

The Island is divided again now between Soliman II and Lakandula, the Culture of the two Kingdoms of Batangan and Gintu also known as Saludang are different so does the language, that is why Soliman II needed to give the Southern part of the Island to Lakandula and Saludang needs him in order to give encourage his own people to recover from the Pinatubo eruption and aside from that most of the population centers north of the islands are catch basins, so he needs to make a solution for that.

The Kingdom of Saludang would not engage with the conflicts of Batangan with the Borneans and the return of the relations with the Northern Sumatran States and they cut their ties with the Hindu states of Majapahit and Majapahit remnants, in this point, Soliman II was able to suppress the the pagan revolt and was able to fix the foreign relations.

The Kingdoms of Batangan of Lakandula and Maguindanao in the south would start a marriage alliance that would be very beneficial in the area in the long term, the Islamization of Maguindanao would start to kick in.

The people from Pangasinan also settle the upper part of the Pampanga river valley and Buracan, causing a change in the linguistic composition of the island, the old people of Buracan cannot stand a chance against the immigrants from Pangasinan, the immigrants from Pangasinan and the original people from Buracan and Upper Pampanga basin would mix and create a new culture their original dialect will be absorbed by a new dialect based on Pangasinan.

During the time of Soliman II, Magellan was able to circumnavigate, Soliman II’s reign is flourishing while Magellan is exploring the area of Visayas, Soliman II had been carrying on his own reforms in Saludang in this point.

Magellan arrived in Mazasua in Butuan and started to discover Visayas and he negotiated with the rulers of Visayas, particularly, Sikatuna and Humabon but Lapu Lapu ended up killing Magellan.

It was said that the death was heard till the Kingdom of Batangan/Kumintang ruled by Lakandula, however Soliman II is worried at what happened to Malacca and even helped the Acehnese fight against the Portuguese since Malacca was crushed by the Portuguese.

Soliman II was so worried in what will happen to the Archipelago, however his advisors told him not to worry about what heard about Portugal and Malacca because they believe that Malacca will be recovered again by the Johor-Malacca sultanate and his allies Aceh and Pasai will do something about Portugal, meanwhile the Kingdom of Sunda makes a treaty with Portugal.
