There is several other native groups (Elymians, Sicani) other than the Sicels, how are they faring through this chaos?

Good update overall, gives me ideas for when my TL gets near the turning point and carthage begins to decline.

Most of the riots were in Syracuse, and in other cities that Carthage controlled on the east coast of Sicily, directly or indirectly. The west of the island was a lot more stabile and therefore the chaos did not affect the Elymians or the Sicani that much.
The Sicani and the Elymians are also not that united compared the Sicels, who also have a good leader (Douketios).
