The Red Crowns: The World of Imperial Socialism

Hey everyone! Not sure if anyone is still interested but this is definitely a thread I'm interested in reviving in the coming weeks! Thanks for all the kind words and I hope to have a new update out sometime soon and then return to at least weekly posting, if not bi-weekly posting, from thereon in. :)

Think I speak for many people when I saw im are very happy this is being revived and shall be eagerly awaiting a new post.

Now excuse me as I go to give thank to a few dozen dietys for this amazing return...and then read the timeline again.

I maintain my interest, and had only not asked after its potential slumber for fearing of presuming or being rude.

I await more updates eagerly, Advance Westralia Fair!

Why don't the Alliance or Entente aims involve any Pacific Islands? The Dominion of Australia goes all the way to Vietnam rather than invading, what must be, completely undefended pacific islands that are 10x closer? Why would the French have any Pacific islands left after this war?

Edit 2: Ok they took them all anyway so I guess it was just an error on the map

Wonderful it’s back again.

I do have a few questions about the timeline going forward mainly about King Victor I and George V.

Without Edward VI due his earlier death a lot of his reforms haven’t occurred I have to ask will King Victor I put these reforms into place being much younger and more liberal.

Another question is that King Victor is known as Victor I in a historical document which means the will be at least a Victor II in the future, which is interesting but the question of who that Victor is a better question.

Looking at OTl history at his character, this British Empire has unfortunately gain a more slightly stable version of George IV when it is the most powerful country on the planet, as such Victor’s reign will have to be short to avoid disaster.

However, the end this reign could be used to the Empires advantage i.e having him die during a tour of India due to disease and not been able to get medical facilities in time, which could start the improvement of India.

Moving on to George V, I am assuming that he married Mary of Teck with Victor already married, as such I would guess that his children would still be educated in the UK as such having same marriage results as OTL.

Also, is it me or could we see a Cold War between a Socialist British Empire and an America under what could be considered a "clerical fascist" regime?
