Don't. That map is heavily outdated, specially regarding the coastline. If you want to use it, be sure that you only copy-paste rivers.

I'll help since the DPRK is complicated, I'll also see if the ROK needs any correction.

I've checked, it seems like Krasnoyarsk Krai is somewhat inaccurate. It can be fixed in not too long.
