The Prophet Jesus of Ahura Mazda

Let's say that without a doubt that the Three Wise Kings are indeed Three Magi. Say after his birth they invite Mary and Joseph back to Persia where the boy is treated as the second coming of Zoroaster and then one thing leads to another and he either dies by or overthrows the Parthians. How will that effect things?

Jesus overthrowing the Parthians? I think they're more likely to kill him, though I don't think the Parthians were so keen on maintaining religious purity as the Sassanids.

What would a Jesus-lead Persian Empire be called? I think that the ideals of Christianity would have to be mildly altered to appeal to Zoroastrian tastes- duality and all of that good stuff. :p

That sounds more like the equivalent of the Christian second coming of Christ. But a significant figure can always be retconned into the faith easily enough.

Though he would be working on a Zoroastrian basis...but very likely he would be in contact with Jewish communities in Persia...does anyone know if their was any doctrinal or cultural differences when comparing the Jews in Persia and those in Judea at this time? Were there any Jewish communities in significant number?

If he was taken from Judea as a baby by Magi, wouldn't he be raised, with or against his parents will, as a Zoroastrian, and so not have contact with Jewish communities?

Well in this scenario he is raised with his parents will, but its not made secret that he is Jewish ethnically. I imagine he would be raised in a Zoroastrian temple in Qom, where he would be taught Zoroastrianism and would be a source of much listening by those around him for his insights- which could be influenced by his parents depending if they give up Judaism or not.

If he gets killed, I doubt he would be crucified. That was a Roman invention.

The practice had been done for hundreds of years before Rome.

Not the way the Romans did it. How they did it was so different, what the others did would have to be classified as proto-crucifixion, and according to some ancient sources, impalement. In fact, the only ancient proto-crucifixion that we know of that definitely wasn't a form of impalement was the Greek penalty of apotympanismos (nailing to boards and hanging the boards).
