Looks like it could be an abandoned temple from a sequel to the Time Machine.

The following is a recorded clip of an emergency government announcement accidentally broadcasted on daytime American television during the the Gokemidoro-Xian crisis of 1970.
The official account is that an especially anxious DOD employee had the announcement played before the end of the crisis. Said employee was never identified and their fate is unknown.
The following video may cause distress and anxiety and possible PTSD.

However, I do recommend seeing the movie Goke, Body Snatcher from Hell, if you are into classic J-Horror.
