The Phillies never collapse in 1964.

Well, I guess the Cardinals don't win the pennant and David Halbertram's book, October 1964, focuses on the Yankees and Phillies instead.

And by the way, I'd be a very disappointed 10 year old Cardinal fan.

What if the Phillies had never had that huge collapse in the 1964 MLB season?

Using Whatifsports, I simmed a "World Series" between them and the Yankees. The first four results were as follows:

GAME 1: Yankees 9, Phillies 5
GAME 2: Yankees 11, Phillies 2
GAME 3: Yankees 6, Phillies 4
GAME 4: Yankees 5, Phillies 3

So yeah, Yankees sweep, and even when I just ran the simulation repeatedly, the Yankees won almost all of the time.

Well, here we are again. Another wave of utterly frivolous, pointless, sports related on liner threads.

Clearly previous actions have has exactly zip in the way of getting your attention. Equally clearly you have no plans to alter the one liner WI spamming. IN reviewing your posting history you have exactly THREE post not related to either sports (this post is actually one of the very rare ones that do not relate to some obscure bit of trivia) or equally trivial questions about specific roles in films.

We are done.
