During the 1790's, the future Louis Philip I, the first Orleans king of France, and his brothers Louis Antoine and Louis Charles lived during a period exiled in Philadelphia. At that time, the city suffered an outbreak of yellow fever. WI the three brothers had died from the disease at that time?

Assuming that their deaths do not change much the future of the Revolution and the outcome of the Napoleonic Wars, if the French still revolt against the Bourbons after the Restoration, who would be put in the throne instead of the Orleans dynasty? Could we have an earlier Napoleonic Restoration? A Second Republic? Or even a new dynasty could be elected to replace the absolutist Bourbons? BTW, without Louis Philipe, would the Bourbons still be overthrown?
