The Noble Men Idea Brainstorming Thread

So my Lion Haired Men TL has come to an end since it was badly planned and I simply didn't enjoy it. So I have decided to start work on a TL which I actually have passion in. For now, it is called, the Noble Men. Maybe somebody has a better title idea.

In ~3,900 BC a boy never dies due to illness and grows up to cause the Berber tribes of *Algeria to erupt into centuries of war leading to centralized pastoralist states by ~3,600 BC and by ~3,1000 BC a civilized society with his foundations placed in pastoralism rather than agriculturalism. I find it would be an interesting idea to have a civilization formed not by agriculture. I have chosen 3,900 BC due to the 5.9 kiloyear event.

I can imagine western Europe being more developed but what of the rest of the world? Any cool ideas are also welcome.

So I'll speculate on the near regions first.

I feel that a civilization existing in Algeria would kickstart the developments of Tartessos and the Nuragians as civilizations due to trade with Algeria for pastoral products. The Nuragians could begin colonizations of western Italy and Sicily whilst Tartessos might set up colonies in Cornwall for the tin. The Nuragians would essentially be the Semites of the western Mediterranean whilst Tartessos would dominate the Atlantic trade moving up and down the Atlantic coast setting up colonies along the way to bring in tin, amber, timber and other products.
