This isn't necessarily my best work, but here's a quick and dirty USGA patch that relatively well catches the ethnic and lingustic boundaries of the time, sans a few things (notably sudetenland; I'm intimidated by getting it wrong and having Czechia be too small)

I used the "colour picker" tool (the one that looks like an eyedropper) in MS Paint to find the values.
