Not every country, no - a lot of countries are too small for them to be visible, or they just end up as a mass of pixels.

But there are versions with subdivisions for medium and large countries. I'm not sure how up to date they are, though.

I was more meaning that it's unfortunate that the Civil War is in its third year.

Having said that, it would've been easier to do on the Q-BAM, but this one needed to be done anyway.
