Alas, this is not the case. Modern Russia has no industry, it lives off the sale of oil-gas-timber-metals.
We do not have production of electronics, machine tools. Everything is bought either in the West or in China.

If you want to see an exact analogue of modern Russia, take a look at Oktan Samara.

How do you think that Shulgin Russia would develop?

The Half Russia is the oligarchy control of the political power. The Industry is the ‘Half-Cyberpunk’

Honestly, both Hyperborea and late-game Amur (when they reunify Russia and realize Germany is their enemy) should fly the Kolovrat and not the swastika. It fits with how Hyperborea is a bunch of neo-pagans and Amur practices "Nazism with Russian Characteristics" as opposed to the German LARP in the AB.

What do you think of Leon Degrell? This guy did not participate in war crimes, and criticized the policy of genocide and murder of civilians in the east, as far as I know.
Yes, he is still a racist, anti-semite and germanophile, but I feel that he must be the ideology of reformed National Socialism, I can see him as a supporter of Speer.

I wonder what Hitler said about him: "I have no son. But if I had one, I would like him to be just like you."

In my opinion, Degrell is too little represented in fashion, I see that this guy would have a great career future, Hitler favored him.

In the current version of the game, he is just relaxing in the gamer state of Burgundy.

The problem with Degrelle is even if he did not participate in war crimes, he still was involved in Neo-Nazi politics in his exile in Spain being tied to numerous European Neo-Nazi movements and parties throughout Europe. As well, Degrelle fervently denied the Holocaust, I mean his whole Holocaust denial did get him in a lot of trouble with numerous lawsuits filed against him.

That said I did find this though:
Degrelle married Marie Lemay, the daughter of a French industrialist, on 27 March 1932. They had five children.[14] Their marriage became strained during the war as Degrelle kept mistresses in Brussels and Paris, and Lemay had an open affair with an officer of the Luftwaffe in Brussels.[157][158] Lemay ended the affair in March 1943 and informed Degrelle of it. The officer, unwilling to end the affair, was found shot in the head and heart near the Degrelle residence on 12 April 1943, but Degrelle was cleared by Nazi authorities of any wrongdoing and news of the officer's death was suppressed.[159]

It's different this time though. I wonder how Degrelle thinks of his life decisions now that the Burgundian System is but snuffing everything out and he's largely helpless to even stem it.

I already wrote about it: "he was a racist and anti-semite." He is "moderate" by Nazi standards, and it makes sense for him to support Speer with his Zollverain policy.

So, he's more likely to be a supporter of the Dentist than be in Bruhgundy?

I could see him be neutral in terms of siding with Speer or Bormann, basically, he would side with anyone who is not Himmler. Someone who can help Degrelle save Belgium (Or Wallonia to be specific).

I live in Russia, believe me, we have no industry. Moscow is a huge metropolis with banks, IT and state corporations. The factories there were closed back in the 90s of the 20th century. There is a little light industry - the production of light bulbs, cheap clothes, subway cars, trolleybuses, repair stations.
Moreover, the machines on which this is done are purchased from the West or China. Components are purchased in the West or China. At Russian factories, it is simply assembled into a low-quality product.

Please note that Moscow and St. Petersburg are the only developed cities in Russia. The rest of Russia lives in poverty with salaries of $ 300-400.

This is not like the industrial monster of Novosibirsk TNO with its own production of technology and electronics.
Real Sibirian-Ural Russia basically looks like this
This is Omsk, for example

Well, not really. Putin's Russian political system is a complete copy of Oktan Samara.

Russia is more autocratic than oligarchy. Putin decides who will be the oligarch. If the super-rich starts a game against Putin, he will quickly become poor and go to jail. x'Dx'D
