With Peron and dictatorship Brazil i think this still is the best Paraguay path.

Think like this

In 1947 Higinio Morinigo government had a civil war and there were some few communists among the rebel troops, and this was enought to make Brazil and Argentina flood him with so much equipment that he won a war when 90% of the army was fighting in the rebel side

Brazil and Argentina reactions are going to be "AH KILL KILL KILL KILL!"

On Che Paraguay as he awaits the sword of damocles team up with the death star and Cutulhu to finish him, we got the report below

I understand that FULNA is a big tent organisation of anti-moringio sorts. Could it be possible for a more moderate faction within FULNA besides the Communists/Socialists to take the reigns after Guevara?

Yeah, the discord leaks revealed as much. Speaking of these guys, a few questions about Rafael Franco if I may. It seems that Serov holds him in high regards, does Franco reciprocate such sentiment? How would you explain Franco's brand of Social Nationalism? Could one perceive it as like "moderate Ordosocialism"?

I mean I doubt Franco knows who he is, being a Russian Warlord on the interior of the country.

Well, that Serov was aware enough on who Franco is to be praising him makes me think that this sort of interaction may occur in the sub-regional or supperregional stage of Serov's unification in which case Serov is able to reach out to the wider world. Considering that Serov's sub-regional tree has foreign policy foci (like with all other sub regional Russian warlords) and said foreign policy includes him trying to form bonds with any likeminded movement means that there can be avenues to explore in what Franco thinks of Serov.

it probably because he not a dev for anything related to russia or germany, also he was just kind of being a asshole in that post for no reason, and also was just kind of wrong about what he was saying too

Saddam is being replaced as the leader of the democratic faction of the Iraqi civil war it seems. Most likely he will serve with the Baathists instead.
I didn't like how Saddam was democratic, he was too poor to attend university (Old lore states that Saddam went to University which was a justification for his democratic role) and he was an ardent Ba'athist from an early age with his uncle (A Ba'ath Party member and military officer) being an influence.
