I'd have to say Passover in the Kingdom of Israel. Sure, Narbonne is pretty pleasant by itself, but nothing beats the Great Seder in the shadow of the Temple itself, with the Steward of Israel himself leading the main celebration.
Of course, I travel alot, so my Passover experiences in the Kingdom of Sepharad, the Empire of Khazaria, the Duchy of Ashkenaz, the Commonwealth of Lithuania-Poland, the New Kingdom of Davidsland, the Kingdom of Himyar, and Beta Israel are all at the top of my list of fond memories...to say nothing of the High Holy Days in those assorted locales...
