Caligula's and Claudius' mother was Agrippina the Elder and Antonia respectively, and they weren't "sisters cousin"...
Caligula's father, Germanicus, was Claudius' brother...so Claudius was Caligula's uncle, wasn't he...?
 
Aurelian - defeated the Alamanni, Goths, and Vandals. Re-attached the breakaway Gallic and Palmyrene Empires. Also a reformer. Framed for planning to execute several high-ranking members of the Praetorian guard, they killed him as he was marching on the Sassanid Persians.
